Overview

We use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) on nextgenmissioncritical.com. This page lists every cookie we set or load, what it does, and how long it lasts. You control which non-essential categories load via the cookie banner shown on first visit and via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

International data transfers

Most of our processors are based in the United States. Where data originates in the EU/UK, transfers are made under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the processor is certified) or under the Standard Contractual Clauses included in each processor's Data Processing Addendum.

Changing your preferences

Click Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choices at any time. You can also clear the ng_consent_v1 cookie via your browser to be re-prompted on your next visit.

For California / CPRA opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Info link in the footer. Clicking it also actively purges any tracking cookies that were already set in your browser from prior visits.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we honor it as an opt-out of the analytics and marketing categories on first page load — you do not need to click anything. The footer link will display a “GPC honored” badge so you can confirm we received your signal.
